mid june - World Cup FEVER

oh, i've missed out on blogging for the past few weeks.. its been a tiring month thou. busy out with work and frens and of course not to mention the FIFA World Cup 2006.

KL trip[6th-8th june] was freaking fun.. fun shopping and eating around. spent every single dollar i brought there, tats how good shopping in KL is like. its my first outing with my colleagues. i'm sure there's more to come and plans of re-visiting KL again is a must..

World Cup is a daily doze of entertainment for me since 9th june. thou i'm non able to enjoy watching all the matches due to my work, it isn't stopping me anyway. to date, the greatest disappointment so far would be Czech Republic's 2-0 lost to Ghana, its a huge boost to the African nation as it marks the first win by any African nation team in WC2006 and its a darn humiliating defeat for the World no. 2.. i'm sure the bookies out there are earning big bucks from this match alone..

2 more working nites to go and i'm gonna start my 7 straight off days; from tuesdays till monday.. woohoo.. with tat i only wasted 2 days of of leave, tats the nice part of working shift. i applied 2 days leave cos of the upcoming chalet[23rd-25th june] gathering with my poly kakis and i blocked all my OTs for the rest of my rest days[tues-thurs & sun-mon].. and there it is, my 7 days of REST!!
